Job Description

Lead Generator Location: Coventry Salary: £40-£45k Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Generator to join our dynamic team in Coventry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting our regional Business Development Managers (BDMs). Key Responsibilities: * Make introductory calls to new prospects. * Develop and implement a lead generation strategy tailored to the sector. * Book CPD presentations and appointments for regional BDMs. * Follow up on sample requests and phone calls post-CPD presentations. * Conduct online CPD presentations via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. * Build and maintain a strong knowledge of target sectors and industry regulations. Requirements: * Previous experience in Lead Generation, ideally within the construction industry. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated. * Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
