Hybrid 2-3 days on site
Job Description
Monitor, maintain and enhance critical credit scorecards and decisioning performance across consumer and business journeys.
Collaborate with other team leads to identify risks, improve processes, and optimise connections to our network.
Engage with stakeholders across different business areas to align strategies and achieve company goals.
Provide valuable feedback on propositions, projects, and services.
Analyse data using Excel, SAS, Alteryx, and Python to identify trends and opportunities.
Challenge existing credit policies and propose effective changes.
Perform regular and ad-hoc tasks, delivering actionable insights to drive positive outcomes.Qualifications
Experience managing and developing credit scorecards (Essential).
Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Pivots, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, etc.). VBA knowledge is beneficial.
Recent experience analysing data using SAS/SQL, Alteryx, or similar tools (within the last 6 months).
