Leadership Skills: A natural leader who thrives on coaching and empowering junior team members. Hands-On Experience: Familiarity with safety controllers, drive configuration, and on-site commissioning. Communication: Excellent technical reporting and interpersonal skills – your team and clients will value your clarity. What’s in It for You Leadership Opportunity: Take charge of your own team and shape the future of industrial automation. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a mix of office and on-site work, with travel managed fairly and all expenses covered. Career Development: Access to training and opportunities to sharpen your skills. Supportive Team: Join a collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise are valued.
