Job Description

Lead Business Analyst (GDS & Beta Experience) * Remote Working * Six months contract (initially) * £500 per day (Outside-IR35) The Opportunity: We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract opportunity, outside-IR35. This role will focus on supporting high-profile Government Digital Services (GDS) projects, with a specific emphasis on Beta phase delivery. Due to the nature of the work, we are looking for individuals with significant experience leading BA teams in Public Sector organisations, delivering complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-vendor projects. Skills and Experience: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within public sector or government-focused digital projects * Strong experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and the Beta phase of digital projects * Experience leading workshops and engaging with diverse stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements Role and Responsibilities: Consulting as a Lead Business Analyst, you will work alongside cross-functional teams, applying GDS methodologies and ensuring that digital solutions meet both business and user requirements. You’ll be responsible for leading the analysis process throughout the Beta phase, engaging with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with GDS standards. You will be leading a variety of teams and facilitating workshops to gather, document and prioritise business requirements for GDS-compliant digital services; whilst overseeing the Beta phase of their digital service journey.
