About the Role:
As a Lead AV Engineer, you will take charge of designing, programming, and installing sophisticated home automation systems. Working on state-of-the-art projects, you will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to deliver tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly into luxurious living spaces.
Responsibilities:
Leading the design, installation, and programming of smart home systems, with expertise in Control4, KNX, Lutron, Crestron, and Rako lighting.
Overseeing system integration, ensuring flawless functionality and user experience.
Managing and mentoring a team of AV engineers, setting high standards for technical delivery.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during installations and maintenance.
Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors, to align project goals.
Staying ahead of industry developments and implementing the latest technology trends.
Ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standard, within agreed timeframes and budgets.Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in AV engineering and home automation, ideally in luxury residential settings.
Strong technical knowledge of Control4, KNX, Lutron, Crestron, and Rako lighting systems.
Experience with network architecture and system integration.
Outstanding leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
