Job Description
Lead Auditor – Business Systems
Contractual Hours: 39 Hours per week
Are you a seasoned Lead Auditor with expertise in Quality and Environmental Management Systems? We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive Lead Auditor – Business Systems to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of business management systems across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the maintenance and development of quality and environmental management system documentation, ensuring accurate control and supervision of all amendments.
Coordinate internal and external audits (including Re-certification and Customer audits), ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
Collaborate across business units to drive continuous improvement in systems, quality, and environmental awareness.
Support the rollout of new business systems, providing training, awareness, support, and assessment to ensure successful implementation.
Manage quality and environmental system-related documentation, ensuring effective distribution and control.
Essential Requirements:
ISO9001/14001 Lead Auditor qualification is required.
HNC level qualification in a Quality-related discipline is essential.
Proven background in developing and maintaining quality business systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control plans, & Standardized work documents.
Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and preferably TS/IATF16949.
