Job Description

Are you eager to land a brand new role for the New Year? Our client in West London are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Legal operations. Position: Lawyer - Adult Social Care, Education & Employment Location: West London Hourly Rate: £28 p/h Umbrella (Rates Are Negotiable) Start: ASAP Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm  Duration: 3 months (Possible Extension) Hybrid Working Available!!! Key Responsibilities Advise and have conduct of legal files on behalf of all the clients of HB Public Law, including local authorities, housing associations and schools. Provide advice, representation and undertake research as requested in relation to Adults Social Care, Education and Employment matters. Attend at meetings and court which may take place outside of normal office hours and off site as required. Support the development of HB Public Law with Team Leaders and Service Managers. Job Requirements 2 years or more exprience within a local authority envrionment or a similar organisation. Previous experience within a Lawyer role or equivalent. Must be a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, qualified solicitor, barrister or appropriately qualified overseas lawyer. Specialist knowledge of Adult Social Care, Education and/or Employment law.
