Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Landscaper to sytart ASAP for a client of theirs based in Crowborough
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in landscaping, construction, or joinery and will be proficient in a variety of landscaping tasks. If you’re passionate about the industry and excited to grow with a leading company, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Execute a wide range of landscaping tasks, including paving, brick and stonework, woodwork and joinery, groundworks, and drainage.
Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, dumpers, track-barrows, and loaders.
Use laser levels for precise work.
Collaborate effectively with team members while also having the confidence to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Requirements
A strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent team player with the ability to take direction and follow instructions.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A genuine desire to grow your skills and knowledge in the landscaping industry.
