Are you an experienced Land Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading housebuilder? We are working with a well-established residential developer seeking a talented individual to join their Land team.
The Role:
As a Land Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and securing new land opportunities to support the company's ongoing growth. Reporting to the Land & Planning Director, you will be responsible for:
Identifying and assessing strategic and immediate land opportunities in line with regional and divisional objectives.
Conducting financial appraisals and negotiating acquisitions.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and planning policy changes.
Developing strong relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
Managing the land acquisition process from initial identification through to successful purchase.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in land acquisition within the housebuilding industry.
Strong knowledge of the planning system, land valuation, legal contracts, and affordable housing policies.
Chartered Membership or working towards membership of RICS and/or RTPI is desirable.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A full UK driving licence.What's on Offer?
