GROUNDWORK LABOURER (NON-CSCS)
LOCATION: Taunton
RATE OF PAY: £16 - £17 p/h (dependent on experience)
TYPE: Full-Time (Temporary, a couple of months)
INDUSTRY: Construction
WORKING HOURS: 42.5 hours paid per week (Monday to Friday)
THE ROLE
Leggwork is partnering with a construction contractor to supply a groundwork labourer for a bespoke residential scheme in Taunton. This role is full-time for the next couple of months and involves assisting with groundworks and general site duties, including using basic hand tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting groundworkers on site with tasks such as digging, trenching, and levelling
Using basic hand tools for groundwork tasks
Preparing and moving materials around site
Loading and unloading deliveries
Keeping the site clean and organised
Assisting with drainage, concreting, and other groundwork duties as required REQUIREMENTS
Work reference (previous supervisor, site manager, or employer)
Ability to reliably commute to site
Experience in groundwork or construction (preferred but not essential)
Basic hand tools and ability to complete groundwork tasks
