KS2 Teacher

The Role:
We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a General TA in the morning and 1:1 TA in the afternoon for a Reception student, you will support young learners in their early years of education. Your responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, delivering interventions, and working with the teacher to implement individual learning plans.
In the morning, you will assist with a variety of activities to support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons. In the afternoon, you will provide 1:1 support to a Reception student, offering tailored interventions to meet their needs in a nurturing environment.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting children’s development and a proven ability to adapt to varying learning needs. Experience working with young children, particularly within a Reception setting, is highly desirable. You should be confident in supporting students both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, and comfortable with both general classroom support and more targeted interventions.
