Responsibilities include assisting the kitchen quickly and efficiently, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and setting up and maintaining the back of house and pass area. The role also involves washing and returning pots, pans, plates, and cutlery, ensuring food prep sites are clean and ready, and keeping a full stack of plates available at all times.
Maintaining clean and sanitised work surfaces, walls, and floors is also a key part of the role. You will need to have Experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate values learning and development and has strong team support skills, working closely with others to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly every day.
