Job Description
I'm looking for Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters for a property maintenance contract working within social housing properties in Birmingham.
The duties of the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will include:
Patch plastering
Splashback Tiling
Installation of sinks
Installations of kitchen units and work tops
Installation of Baths and Showers
there is no ripping out, flooring or decorating to be done, this will be done for you
Ideally I'm looking for Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters that have:
Experience working in social housing
Their own tools
Full UK driving licence and their own transport
And in return, the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will receive:
£22-24 an hour
40 hours per week on a long term contract
