Are you an experienced Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant? Would you like to work in a Primary School in Wandsworth? Are you looking for a General TA role where you can support in class and deliver small group interventions? February 2024 Start or sooner Borough of Wandsworth Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant Role 1 Form Entry Primary School £85 to £100 per day Term Time Contract with a commitment from Now until July 2025 with option to extend for the next academic year 25/26Academics are currently working with this small but very successful Primary school based in Wandsworth to recruit an experienced Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join the team and work with the class teacher to get class ready for SATs. This role would suit a Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting children at all levels of abilities with Maths and English. From now to May when the children do their SATs and the main focus will be academics and then after May the role will be focus on preparing the children to start Secondary school, school journey and all the fun stuff as they finish their last few months of Primary school. The school would welcome applications from an enthusiastic, teaching assistant who enjoys working with older children, The class you will be working with is a small class of bubbly class, of well-behaved Year 6s who enjoy an enriched curriculum and work hard in class. This role will be perfect for a Key Stage 2 teaching assistant who would like to go on to further to become a Primary Teacher.
