Our schools are looking for certain skills and training when adding to their key stage 2 team, which include:
Experience working as a Key Stage 2 Teacher
A QTS or equivalent
Strong behaviour management skills
A love for the classroom and education
An enhanced DBS certificate or the willingness to process a new one
Experience achieving great success for UPKS2 pupils
Creativity and innovation when it comes to planning and delivering UPKS2 lessons
The ability to take on feedback and reflect on your professional performance
You will ideally have a proven track record of success leading pupils into their SATs year which can be evidenced through referencing
