Duties and Responsibilities of the Key Stage 1 Teacher: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across Key stage 1 Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans while providing regular feedback on students' progression Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a cohesive educational experience Establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment. Manage Learning Support Assistants and other helpers in the classroom. Maintain accurate records and report student progress appropriately.
