Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Start Date: April 2025
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Salary: £31,600 - £43,607 per annum

About the Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, supporting their academic and personal development. Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 national curriculum
Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that enables all pupils to thrive
Assessing and tracking pupil progress, identifying areas for differentiation and improvement
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and senior leadership to enhance pupil outcomes
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and a passion for primary education
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners
A commitment to ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential
Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on availability
