Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Key Accounts Support Administrator to work for a company in Didcot, Oxfordshire. Role: Key Accounts Support Administrator Salary: £26,390 per annum Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch) Key Responsibilities of the Key Accounts Support Administrator: Reporting to Key Account Director Ensuring our key customer accounts are provided with an exceptional level of service and support. Monitor orders and backorders and liaising with warehouse and purchasing to ensure these are actioned promptly. Liaising with main contacts and responding to queries in timely manner to strengthen, enduring relationships with our key accounts. Identifying issues and resolving them quickly, make others aware of the issues and potential solutions. Responding to queries/requests of key accounts, highlighting to Key Account Director where required and implementing changes where and when necessary.About you: Please include details of qualifications required for the role. Excellent computing skills covering word and excel. Strong verbal and written communicator. Strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. Able to work within a team and on own initiative. Motivated and driven to succeed. Commercial outlook. Able to think and operate under pressure. Minimum pass grade in GCSE Maths and English.
