Key Accounts Administrator Based in Brierley Hill Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm £13.59 per hour Temporary to Permanent The Ideal Candidate… Effectively communicate with clients and handle client queries both in writing and verbally. Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Complete all documentation with precision and accuracy. Ensure that all client records, order books and documents are meticulously maintained and up to date. Ensure accurate data is input into all systems and being able to analyse this data. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different Global departments. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.About the Role… Supporting day to day running of the Key Customer. Really good communication is needed - phoning / emailing the customer and suppliers chasing product / delivery dates / POD / global communications - Poland / India. Excel experience is crucial as you will be manually adopting reports. Monitoring order books. Unique system with codes, memory is required. Customer service is a huge factor - responsive, reactive and confidence. Qualifications… Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous. Excel proficient is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively individually and within a team.
