Responsibilities * Accurately manage and process B2B sales orders, ensuring seamless transactions for National retailers and key accounts. * Delivering top-tier customer service and providing tailored support to national accounts. * Preparing strategic quotes, proposals, and reports while collaborating with logistics and marketing teams. * Keeping customer records accurate and compliant with GDPR standards. * Supporting process improvements, team training, and cross-department collaboration. Skills & Qualifications * Experienced in order processing and sales administration. * Skilled in CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office. * An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building and customer service skills. * Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Ambitious and eager to grow within a forward-thinking company.
