Role OverviewAs a Key Account Manager your role will be to nurture, manage, grow and retain a portfolio of allocated clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service, whilst realising the full benefits of our service provisions. As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible to build long lasting relationships with your allocated clients. You will also work closely with your Account Managers and Operations Teams across the UK. Responding in a timely manner to all enquiries including RFQ’s maximising and identifying each growth opportunity acheiving growth targets across your portfolio.

Essential Skills· Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar field
· Knowledge of the calibration market would be an advantage
· Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills with verbal, written persuasion and presentation skills, and be detail orientated
· Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point is essential
· Previous experience of working with a CRM platform would be an advantage
· Proven excellence in negotiation skills
· Must be able to operate in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Full Driving license
