Job Description
Junior sous chef required for a Restaurant between Newcastle and Hexham, this restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes, Junior sous chef £15 per hour on 40 hours (FULL TIME PERM ROLE) and this role will turn into a Senior Sous chef role within the next 3-6 months. Live in available. This is fresh food and more pasta style dishes.
The role
We are looking for a Junior sous chef who can run the small kitchen with the head chef, you will be running the kitchen and the passs as well. This role will evolveinto a Senior sous chef role within the next 3-6 months time. This is a great time to join. You will ensure the kitchen prep is all done and ready for service, you will cook in service and ensure the plates are leaving the pass correctly. This role will include all the standard junior sous chef duties
Experience
We are looking for a junior sous chef from a fresh food kitchen, able to work on your own or a small team. You will have a fresh food background.
