Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies and targets, identifying new business opportunities.
* Achieve order intake and profitability goals.
* Assist in the preparation of major contracts and quotations, adhering to pricing policies.
* Provide on-site technical and application support to clients.
* Maintain accurate digital customer records using a CRM system.
* Collaborate with technical and service teams for specialized support when required.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and organizational principles.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree, master's, or HNC in mechanical engineering.
* Previous experience in external industrial sales.
* Familiarity with rotating equipment is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and excellent organisational abilities.
* A proven ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
