Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Manager with 1 years’ experience to join a well-established estate agency. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £26,000 - £28,000. As a Junior Property Manager, you will supervise tenancy matters, including general maintenance, repairs, and resolving issues that arise during the tenancy. You will be responsible for: Oversee the daily management of two large residential blocks located in Basingstoke. Coordinate contractor activities by issuing job orders, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and efficiently, and managing associated invoicing and payments. Conduct routine property inspections across the Basingstoke portfolio, delivering detailed reports to landlords and addressing any tenant concerns. Work closely with the Director to ensure properties meet all regulatory requirements, maintaining effective communication with both landlords and tenants to uphold compliance standards. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Junior Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Property Administrator or in a similar role. At least 1 year experience in property management. Strong organisational and communication. Valid UK driving licence.
