MK Recruit is seeking a motivated and adaptable Junior Project Manager to join our client, a market leading organisation within based in Paisley. This position is well suited to someone 1-2 years post degree, with some Project Management experience although we can consider those with experience in any kind of planning position who is looking to progress their career. Requirements * Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or Project Management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferably advanced) and Microsoft Teams. * Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. * A self-motivated and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: * Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Projects). * Experience in project planning, team coordination, or business operations. * Keen interest in sustainability, agriculture, eco-systems or farming. Key Responsibilities * Create and manage project plans and task lists, ensuring clear objectives and consistent progress monitoring. * Organise project-related documentation and submit progress reports. * Provide monthly project updates, including KPIs and progress summaries for stakeholders and management. * Communicate project risks early and propose corrective actions to address potential delays or budget concerns. * Foster positive relationships across departments, encouraging a collaborative, "can-do" culture.
