Administrative Dynamo: Manage parking permits, company systems (e.g., Ringgo), and maintenance schedules. Oversee recycling, confidential shredding, and supplier questionnaires. Assist with contracts administration as needed. Safety and Compliance Leader: Serve as Fire Marshall, ensuring safety checks and fire alarm tests are completed. Take on the role of First Aider, keeping the team’s wellbeing a priority. Coordinate fire risk assessments and certifications, addressing any issues raised. Operational Star: Work with office suppliers to improve systems and manage accounts.
