Location: Essex
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee ocean import operations from start to finish.
Manage and process all required documentation, including invoices and bills of lading.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import procedures.
Handle Full Container Load (FCL) shipments efficiently.
Liaise with shipping lines, transport companies, and customs agents.
Collaborate with colleagues to support a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a freight forwarding environment.
Knowledge of ocean freight operations (preferred).
Familiarity with logistics systems and processes.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
