Junior Maintenance Engineer (Cover Engineer, Semi Static) - London - £35,000 + Zones 1 / 2 Travelcard Are you looking to join one of the fastest growing maintenance companies in the City? Are you looking for genuine career progression? I have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the quickest growing maintenance companies in London & The South East who are working in the City of London, Canary Wharf and the West End across a number of Multi-tenanted commercial office buildings on behalf of a number of large property management companies. You will be given a small portfolio of buildings to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks. My client is looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work across a cluster of prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients in the City and West End. This is a permanent position covering around 10 to 15 sites on a cover basis and will be covering Holiday, sickness, additional works & new contracts. Hours Continental Shift 19:00 - 07:00  Nights only Package Basic Salary of £35,000 25 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays Pension Zones 1 / 2 Travelcard Plenty of OT Available across the business Genuine Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into a supervisor and above.  Training ProvidedRequirements FCU experience  Client Facing Commercial Building Maintenance Experience Experience in statutory compliance - Water treatment, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, EtcDuties  Electrical and Mechanical PPM and Reactive maintenance General building services tasks Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment Landlord and Tenanted areas for large blue chip companies across the City & West End Working across a portfolio of 10 to 15 Buildings providing cover for holidays and sickness
