Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a legal focused client manager to join a fast-growing SaaS company based in Fleet, Hampshire. The successful candidate should have 2+ years of experience within a similar role and will ideally have a Law degree. As a legal client manager, you will be expected to be a primary point of contact for clients and the day to day will include tasks like reviewing legal documents, responding to client enquiries, and holding regular calls/meeting with clients to ensure clear communication and address any concerns. The successful candidate will be a confident individual who is happy working to their own initiative as a lot of the team is based in across the EU.
This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from our client's office in Fleet 1-2 days per week. As well as competitive salaries, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus.
Skills required:
Ideally at least a BSc in Law
2 years' experience within fast-paced legal environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Willingness to learn about repetitive legal processes across multiple countries
Practical approach to project management
Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients
Hold regular calls and meetings with clients
Reviewing legal documents
Run client training sessions to demonstrate platform
Respond to client enquiries and work with internal teams to find solutions
