Job Description
Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Junior Key Account Operations Coordinator for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Basildon, Essex area.
Daily duties include:-
* Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development in order to successfully delivery seafreight operations
* Accurately enter the job information onto system
* Verify all documentation
* Coordinate with suppliers to schedule collections
* Ensure all Cargo is received in good order
* Monitor al discrepancies
* Customer Services (internal and external)
* Keep all records up to date
* Update purchase orders
* Liaise with other departments
Hours are Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
