Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees, primarily within your geographical region.
* Assist in managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases.
* Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Help deliver recruitment, retention, and L&D activities.
* Support the People Business Partners with managing employment tribunals, change management initiatives, and HR-related projects.
* Foster positive relationships with managers and staff to promote a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Assist with workforce planning, identifying career pathways, and promoting talent development within the region.
What We’re Looking For:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working toward it).
* Proven experience providing support on key HR activities such as employee relations, absence management, and grievance handling.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Good organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage a varied workload.
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* A proactive approach to personal and professional development.
