Our client is a FTSE100 market leading organisation who are looking for a Junior Helpdesk Engineer. This hands-on role will focus on troubleshooting, maintaining, and managing IT systems, networks, and office infrastructure.
You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues and will report into the Helpdesk Engineer to deliver excellent IT support across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing IT support for end users, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
We're looking for candidates who possess the following:
Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or IT Support Specialist.
Customer-oriented approach
