£30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Monday - Friday + Company Benefits

Do you have a NEBOSH General Certificate? On offer is a varied Health and Safety role offering the chance to upskill yourself through specialist training within a well-established company at a fast paced Industrial site in a hands on role offering ongoing progression to senior roles.
This well-established company have been providing their services for well over 150 years across the industrial sector and work with a broad client base including global leaders in the defence industry. Due to continual growth they are looking to add an experience Health and Safety Officer to their team in Glasgow.
In this dynamic role you will receive initial training and then be responsible for monitoring the safety of the workforce activities through audits and inspections as well as conducting some occasional in-house training for managers and operatives. You will work Monday - Friday 07:30am - 17:00pm at a Naval / Marine site in Glasgow.
This role would suit someone with a NEBOSH General Certificate looking for a dynamic and varied role within a well-established company offering a range of training and ongoing progression to senior roles.
The Role:
Receive training from senior staff
Monitor the safety of the workforce
Inspecting and Auditing
Hands on role
Work within tight-knit team, supporting operatives
Oversee all site based compliance
Monday - Friday 07:00-16:30The Person:
