About the role of Junior Estimator You will be working alongside experienced estimators, learning the ropes and contributing to a variety of projects based in the Sussex area. Prepare tender packages and manage the bid process Provide full take offs and produce BoQs Cost-Planning Assessing levels of risk and opportunity on tenders Tender adjudications and profit planning Requirements for Junior Estimator Must have CAD experience Qualifications: Construction management, engineering, estimating or similar is preferred. IT Skills: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Ethic: professional demeanour with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. What we offer for Junior Estimator This role comes with a salary up to £35,000, depending on experience.
