Job Title: Junior Administrator (recruitment)
Job Summary:
We are a long established recruitment company based in South London seeking a highly motivated Junior Administrator to join our team. The Junior Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Operations Manager with the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have strong organisational & communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with payroll and invoicing duties
Liaising with payroll companies and Head office
Checking and chasing compliance information
Generating and emailing contracts
Assisting with the day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing etc…
Management of stationary and office equipment
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the company's database
Social Media Updates across all channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
Create content for Social Media Accounts
Assisting with Internal Recruitment (to include sourcing/attracting candidates)
Performing any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding and interest in Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc…)
Attention to detail and accuracy and able to work to deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not essential

This is a part-time role. The successful candidate will be based in our South London office, working 3 set days (between Monday and Friday) from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
