Post Graduate - Junior Account Manager
Fresh People are currently recruiting a post graduate , highly driven for a Junior Account Manager to join our clients dynamic Fresh Produce team working closely within a UK retailer .This is an excellent opportunity for a post graduate with a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally able to work collaboratively . Passionate about data with experience working across a variety of different roles and industries potentially within a postgrad setting.
The Candidate
* Strong analytical skills, particularly adept at working with data to drive decisions and improvements.
* Experience in managing multiple roles or projects, with a proactive and confident approach to challenges
* Prior experience in Fresh Produce is a plus but not essential candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
* Working between Paddington and Wembley
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in the management and development of key customer accounts.
* Provide detailed market category management to enhance sales performance and drive growth.
* Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
* Build and nurture commercially beneficial relationships with key customer stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the team to implement, develop, and maintain a joint category plan across key areas of the business.
* Analyze and manage sales, volume, and margin targets within customer accounts.
* Utilize data analytics to support accurate forecasting and category performance analysis.
* Work with internal teams to assess product quality and manage supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
* Assist in coordinating product launches, ensuring successful market introductions. Help in managing commercial risk, reviewing market trends and competitor activity.
* Provide support to the procurement team to address sourcing and availability issues.
