About Us:
We are a reputable construction company undertaking projects across multiple sites in the UK. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Worker/Labourer with SC clearance to join our team and support two of our key sites: one in Tilbury and one in Ramsgate.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake general construction and maintenance work across both Tilbury and Ramsgate sites.
Ensure high-quality work is completed in line with project specifications, health & safety standards, and deadlines.
Operate construction machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions where necessary.
Keep accurate records of work completed and any incidents or challenges encountered.
Requirements:
Valid SC Clearance (essential).
Proven experience in the construction industry with a variety of skills in general building work.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and construction practices.
Ability to travel between Tilbury and Ramsgate (transport options can be discussed).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and take on new responsibilities as needed.
