With offices in Exeter, Teignmouth, and Newton Abbot, Tozers Solicitors LLP is looking for an IT Trainer to join their team working from their Exeter office on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing learning solutions, and delivering engaging IT training across our firm.
You will play a pivotal role in onboarding new starters, ensuring they are proficient in our IT systems, while also managing ongoing learning and development for existing employees.
Additionally, you will:
- Deliver IT induction training for new starters
- Identify training needs and run regular refresher and update sessions
- Design and develop training materials
- Review and update training resources to reflect system upgrades and changes
- Schedule and co-ordinate training sessions for new system rollouts and updates
- Work closely with the IT team to address common technical issues
About You
To be considered as an IT Trainer, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in an IT training role
- Experience in the legal or professional services sector
- Knowledge of legal IT systems
- Experience delivering training in-person and remotely
- The ability to create engaging and effective training materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
