Reed Technology are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful Bristol based organisation with their search for Field Engineer
Telecoms/IT sector.
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 - plus company car, laptop and mobile.
Working within a pivotal role for the organisation installing, maintaining and problem solving client issues.
You will be visiting client sites primarily installing new equipment. You will have Cloud Telephony experience both installation and support. A sound understanding of SIP telephony protocol, proven hands on network engineering expertise, knowledge of Draytek, Ruckus and UniFi equipment. Understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model as well as firsthand experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools. You will of course have excellent communication skills and possess a high attention to detail.
You will be instrumental in working with the provisioning and sales teams to ensure solutions are built and delivered to meet customer expectation. You will attend project meetings and ensure stakeholders are updated regularly with progress throughout the project delivery phase.
