Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Southend as a IT Technician.

As the IT Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Working part of the desktop support team, managing requests logged by users across the business.
* Performing routine tasks including re-setting passwords, restoring files, setting up new users.
* Help manage local area network for all sites.
* Carry out and complete assigned IT project work.
* Testing and monitoring of IT resources.
* Providing reports on IT service desk calls, assets and backups.
The successful IT Technician will have the following related skills / experience:
* Good understanding of Microsoft and Mac systems.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Experience working with Windows 10 & 11.
* Service desk experience - 1st / 2nd line support of windows environments.
