Job Description
We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Cambridge. They are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the day-to-day delivery of the IT functions
* Recruiting new staff members
* Training of new staff members
* Working with colleagues across multiple offices nationally
* Seeking ways to improve IT to solve wider company issues
* Ensuring processes and procedures are in place
* Travelling to other office when required
* Being responsible for technical development projects
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience in delegating tasks effectively
* Knowledge of document management and customer relationship management systems
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience working with Microsoft operating systems
* Good understanding of hardware
