Job Description

Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for a new challenge? I am working with a client in Swansea who are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users. You will be responsible for providing first and second line support whilst providing the highest level of customer service. About the role… * You will create and administer staff accounts and logins * You will liaise with external suppliers and support teams * You will record and track service desk issues until resolved * You will install and configure devices * You will manage user accounts, permissions and access rights * You will deliver on site technical assistance About you… * You will have solid experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk role * You will have strong experience with Cloud Technologies like AD, MS Entra * You will have strong knowledge of client products such as MS Windows 10/11, MS Office365 and Apple IOS/Android * You will have a solid understanding of hardware products from DELL, Apple, HP etc APPLY now, or reach out to Caitlin at IntaPeople for more information
