IT Infrastructure Analyst
Morpeth/Onsite
£30,000 - £45,000
Daily Duties:
Manage and maintain the on-site IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
Assist in the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
Lead and contribute to IT projects, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
Work closely with corporate IT teams and external vendors to support business operations.Tech Stack:
Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 10/11.
Cloud & Virtualization: Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware.
Networking: Cisco switches, Firewalls, VLANs.
Backup & Security: Veeam, Endpoint Security Solutions.
Databases & Storage: SQL, SAN/NAS Storage.Requirements:
Proven experience in an IT infrastructure role.
Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA (desirable).
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and networking technologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
