We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our client's dynamic team as the International Sales and Wholesale Director. This newly created role will give you the chance to make a significant impact on their global growth and play a key part in driving sales, expanding their brand presence, and building a high-performing team. As the International Sales and Wholesale Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping their international strategy and leading efforts across retail, eCommerce, and licensing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and wholesale initiatives for international markets, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. Establish and nurture strong relationships with international distributors and key partners to drive brand growth. Lead the development of licensing strategies, ensuring successful product distribution and market penetration. Oversee the international retail and eCommerce channels to maximise revenue and market share. Build and manage a dedicated sales team to support growth targets and expand our global footprint. Identify opportunities to optimise the sales pipeline, enhance customer experience, and achieve ambitious EBITDA growth. Lead from the front, providing strong leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.Key Requirements: Proven experience as an International Sales and Wholesale Director or in a senior leadership role within global licensing, retail, or eCommerce. Ideally within the sports and/or fashion industry A strong track record in establishing and working with international distributors to drive B2B wholesale sales. Expertise in developing and implementing licensing strategies across diverse international markets. In-depth knowledge of international retail, eCommerce, and the wholesale B2B environment. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term, drive growth, and contribute to achieving company goals.
