International Sales Manager
Are you an experienced international sales manager with a strong track record selling London property to global markets? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive sales and manage international agent relationships for a leading UK property developer.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director, you will be responsible for delivering a strong sales performance by leading and managing a team of Sales Advisors across multiple developments. Your focus will be on legal completions, customer satisfaction, pricing strategies, and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Team Management – Lead, train, and develop a team of Sales Advisors, ensuring high performance.
* Agent & Client Relations – Build and maintain a strong network of international agents to generate overseas sales.
* Market Expansion – Identify and develop opportunities in key global markets, attending events and engaging with high-net-worth clients.
* Marketing & Strategy – Work closely with the marketing team to launch new developments and drive effective campaigns.
* Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company standards and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
* International Travel – Attend sales events and exhibitions across key regions to strengthen relationships and drive transactions.
* Show Home & Sales Office Management – Ensure presentation meets company standards and enhances customer experience.
* Competitor & Market Analysis – Stay updated on market trends and provide strategic insights.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven international sales experience within the London property market.
* A strong network of international agents and ability to build long-term partnerships.
* Willingness to travel internationally for sales activities and events.
* Experience in managing sales teams, setting targets, and driving results.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
* Knowledge of consumer protection regulations and industry compliance.
* Language skills in Arabic, Mandarin, or Turkish are advantageous but not required.
