International Business Development Manager (Sales/Flavours/Flavour Development) Warrington - (Hybrid/Remote Working Options Available) Competitive Salary DOE + Bonuses + Commission + Company Vehicle + Benefits Package Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 14:00 International Business Development Manager required for an expanding developer of flavours used with food, beverage, fragrance and e-liquid industries. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role within a leading company in a growing industry. The successful candidate will need new business development experience from any industry related to flavourings. This includes food and drink, e-liquids, fragrance, aromatherapy etc. The successful candidate will be joining an existing sales team with a focus of generating new sales opportunities internationally and managing client relationships as they develop. The role will involve international travel on a global basis. The International Business Development Manager Role: · Identification of new business opportunities with wholesales, retailers, distributors etc. · Contract negotiation · Identification of market trends, including new technologies and competitor strategies · Maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners, including regular meetings and follow ups · Act as a brand representative at industry events · Sales reporting and forecasting The International Business Development Manager Candidate: · New business development experience · Experience working in an industry related to flavours · Confident leading contract negotiations
