Internal Sales Job Overview
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase consumable sales
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided
Maintain accuracy in all paperwork and strictly follow procedures related to hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, stock transfers, and asset management
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure the availability of equipment for hire
Schedule and manage driver logistics to ensure timely and efficient equipment deliveries and collections
Meet all reporting deadlines and ensure timely submission of required information
Adhere to company Health & Safety policies, promoting safe working practices at all times
Internal Sales Job Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy office environment as part of a team.
Comfortable handling customer interactions and sales-related tasks.
Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork and coordinate with the Sales Manager.
Willingness to learn, with training provided-industry experience is not essential.
Adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
Internal Sales Salary & Benefits
£24,000-£26,000 salary dependant on experience
Shift pattern of either 07:30-16:00 or 08:30-17:00
