Job Title: Internal Sales Representative Account Manager Location: Clevedon, North Somerset/Bristol Contract Details: Temporary for 5-6 months Salary: £13.34 per hour - weekly pay Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday - Fully Office Based About Our Client: Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry with a focus on industrial automation, is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. With a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth, this organisation values innovation, collaboration, and commitment to excellence. This role has potential to become permanent. Responsibilities: As an Internal Sales Representative, your role will encompass: Sales & Customer Service: Generate and process customer quotes and orders with precision Maintain and manage delivery schedules for timely order fulfilment Proactively offer alternatives or replacements to meet customer needs Identify and nurture new sales opportunities to support growth targets Operational Support: Collaborate with the external sales team to enhance customer accounts Provide essential office-based support to bolster the sales function Actively contribute to achieving branch sales targets and strategies Additional Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems Work closely with other departments for seamless service Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and promotions Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders Ability to collaborate effectively within a team Proficiency in using sales and order management systems Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Previous experience in a sales or customer service role Technologies: Sales and order management systems Microsoft Office Suite ERP systems How to apply: If you're passionate about customer service and sales, we want to hear from you!
