Internal Sales Executive Up to £32,000 Basic Salary + Benefits This is a perfect sales role for a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for sales who enjoys working in a varied role in a company with a 'family feel' despite having over 3,000 employees worldwide and generating over a billion Euro in revenue per annum! This leading European manufacturer of industrial components is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Merthyr Tydfil. This is NOT your typical sales role as it's a blend of sales, account management, technical support, and customer relationship building. What you'll do as an Internal Sales Executive Proactively develop new accounts and re-engage with lapsed customers. Confidently handle inbound inquiries, understand client needs, and schedule meetings for the field sales team. Become a product expert and "go-to" resource for both customers and colleagues. Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Utilise the company's CRM system to manage the sales cycle and maintain accurate customer records. Collaborate with the field sales team to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction.What you'll need to apply to the role of Internal Sales Executive A proven track record in sales.
