We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join an established business based in the Dudley area. The Internal Sales Administrator will work as part of the wider sales team where you will be handling internal queries, providing administrative support and customer service.
The Internal Sales Administrator (Utilities) will be responsible for :
* Handling all customer and internal queries
* Maintaining records of client interactions and territory information
* Preparing quotations and tenders and entering onto the Epicor system
* Keeping customers up to date regarding deliveries/delays
* Liaise with the warehouse to manage orders/deliveries
* Communicate with overseas suppliers
* Manage and maintain customer service records
Requirements:
* Experience in an internal sales/support role
* Able to manage multiple tasks
* Proactive and enjoys working as part of a team
* Excellent Communication skills
